"Nabashiten No. 415" is an organic shiitake mushroom that has been in development for 12 years and was produced in Tokushima, the number one producer of shiitake mushrooms in Japan.

It has a thick texture like abalone and is full of delicious mushroom flavor (it contains three times as much guanylic acid* as regular shiitake mushrooms). Only those that are 7cm or more in diameter and have a beautiful round shape are given the title "Tenkeiko."
